Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk4232 will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and conduct an investigation before determining the disposition of any remaining balances.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk4232 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. pk4232 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk4232 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding Rs 500 per month, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
pk4232 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 300. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) is Rs 1,000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the pk4232 cashier at the time of deposit.

Processing Timelines:

Withdrawal Verification: pk4232 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests at any time, particularly for first withdrawals, unusually large withdrawal amounts, or accounts flagged for security review. During a verification review, the relevant withdrawal will be placed on hold pending resolution. pk4232 will communicate the status and expected resolution timeline within two (2) business days of a hold being applied.
Withdrawal Fees: pk4232 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside pk4232's control.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your pk4232 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on pk4232 are subject to acceptance by pk4232 at its sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message and bet reference number are displayed in your account. Bets in a pending state prior to this confirmation are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. pk4232 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits without prior notice where warranted by risk management considerations.
Odds Changes: Odds on pk4232 are subject to change up until the point of bet placement confirmation. Void Bets and Event Cancellations: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed without a rescheduled date confirmed within 48 hours, or abandoned before the minimum scheduled play required for settlement, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts in full.

Errors and Palpable Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), pk4232 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of the event outcome. pk4232 will communicate such voidings to affected players promptly.

Your continued use of pk4232 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your verified balance before the amendment takes effect by notifying pk4232 support in writing.
pk4232 operates under international gaming regulatory oversight. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk4232 holds its operating licence.
